We accept payments via the Zettle app on our phone, or PayPal. You will receive an invoice by email shortly after the job is completed, which serves as your receipt.
For larger jobs or jobs where we purchase materials on your behalf, a deposit is required before work begins.
A late payment fee of 5% per day will apply to overdue invoices. Please pay promptly to avoid additional charges.
We charge a £25 rescheduling or cancellation fee if changes are made within 24 hours of your appointment time.
Our work is fully insured per person. This gives you peace of mind that you're protected in the rare event of damage or injury.
If you're unhappy with the work, please contact us immediately. If we agree that the work was completed poorly and without prior agreement, we will offer a fair resolution or refund. Claims made several days later after agreeing to the finished work are not eligible for a refund.
We may ask for your permission to take before and after photos of the work completed, which could be used for our portfolio or marketing. This will only be done with your consent.
